JOHN MAXWELL - DIRECTOR

John  as Director leads our global funding, Assurance and Advisory Business Services practice. During the past 15 years, John in the past has advised on more than 250 transactions spanning the US, Europe, and Asia.

With the ongoing changes in the global regulatory environment, including the convergence of global accounting standards, John is focused on helping global clients, investors and the global capital markets with timely, relevant and transparent financial reporting. This is of increasing importance in the world's emerging markets in particular,  with the right skills and experience, to deliver consistently high levels of service, regardless of location. John has many years of client serving experience, specializing in both assurance and advisory services.

John Maxwell has a Master degree from University of California in Electronics Engineering and a an MBA from  North western University.

Arjun has more than 16 years of experience in Information Technology Services. Arjun served as the Founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Intelligroup, Inc, and was responsible for the growth of Intelligroup from Rs. 4.5 Crores in 1993 to over Rs. 837 Crores in 1999.

Through the years, Arjun had received various awards such as:
